Tell us about an image you want removed or changed, or a fact that needs correcting. Use the request links on our product and guide pages, or email our contact address.
Request an image change
Include the image URL on our site, your relationship to the image (for example, brand, photographer or retailer), and whether you want removal, replacement or attribution. For a replacement or attribution, include the image or credit you want us to use.
What happens to image requests?
We check that the request identifies the image and explains your relationship to it. If details are missing, we ask for them. We remove or replace an image within 2 business days of a valid request. We review attribution requests and update the credit after checking the details.
Send a factual correction
Include the page URL, which fact is wrong, the proposed correction and a source URL. We correct facts after checking the source.
